Returns

- Only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Request must be within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

- Misused items
- Items without original packaging
- Discounted / clearance products

Refunds

- Refunds processed to original payment method after inspection
- COD orders refunded via bank transfer
- Processing time: 5–10 business days

Return Shipping

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

To initiate a return, email info@zentoshopping.com within
the return window with your order ID and issue details.

Return instructions will be shared after verification.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return
is due to an error from Zento.

Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled
